Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate retail sales experts to join our team as Client Specialists. This exciting position is perfect for those who thrive in sales with a keen eye for styling and love providing exceptional customer service. This position will rotate between our three stores; South Park, Bankers Hill and our new Flagship location in La Jolla.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations. Utilize our T-H-R-E-A-D customer service system, a mindful approach to sales that involves asking key questions to identify customer needs, ensuring they receive the ultimate gifting and/or fitting room experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Store Operations:

Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Participate in promotional activities and events to drive store traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fashion retail sales. Strong passion for styling and a keen eye for fashion trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a structured environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
