Location: In the Montana Athletic Club, 850 Holt Drive, Bigfork, MT
Hours: 20-25 hours per week with some weekend requirements
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE

About the Role

Elysian Institute is seeking a Client Specialist to join our growing wellness clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Client Specialist plays a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients; ensure a welcoming and professional experience Manage scheduling, payments, and client accounts in the Elysian WellnessLiving App. Ensure all required consents and intake forms are completed Assist clients with wellness modalities, including: Red light therapy, PEMF, Compression therapy, Cryotherapy, VR goggles and similar amenities and Frost Locker and Glacier Contrast Room Set up, reset, and clean all equipment and rooms between clients Take and document vital signs for medical and cryotherapy clients Handle walk-in clients and provide tours of the facility Support overall clinic flow and day-to-day operations The ability to confidently market Elysian treatments and products

Qualifications

Very strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Adept in working with technology and quickly learning new systems Ability to work in a busy wellness environment while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, and assist with equipment setup during shifts

Preferred but not required:

Experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, spa, or fitness setting Familiarity with scheduling or payment platforms Experience taking vital signs
