CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION



Job Duties:



Answer and Facilitate Incoming Phone Calls

Process incoming claims

Receive and process payments

Work with our highly rated companies to assist our clients

Process policy changes for clients

Quote new business

Qualifications:



Customer Service experience

High School Diploma

Comfortable with computers and learning new programs

Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
