Responsibilities include: \xe2\x97\x8f Respond to both new and existing customer inquiries related to a variety of topics including account opening, trading, customer statements, reports, technology, etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Take and submit orders from customers as needed \xe2\x97\x8f Act as a liaison between customers and technical support \xe2\x97\x8f Act as a liaison between customers and clearing firm \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain current knowledge of products, software, industry regulations \xe2\x97\x8f Involved in problem resolution and reconciliation related to trading and settlement \xe2\x97\x8f Interact with market centers to troubleshoot problems and minimize firm risk \xe2\x97\x8f Perform special assignments and activities as defined by management Who we are looking for: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in finance or related field is required \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated experience in customer service and support \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge related to equities, options, and futures trading \xe2\x97\x8f Experience/knowledge of electronic trading a plus \xe2\x97\x8f Creativity and ability to multitask is required \xe2\x97\x8f Series 7 required, Series 63 a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
