Job Description

DescriptionA vital member of our in-home care team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their region. This position serves as a key liaison between clients, caregivers, and the agency's administrative team. The Client Services Manager oversees care coordination, staff scheduling, client assessments, compliance monitoring, and community outreach, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and operation efficiency.


Reporting RelationshipReports to Operations Manager


Responsibilities/ActivitiesConduct client intake interviews and in-home assessments to evaluate care needs and service eligibility Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and caregivers Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring reliable and consistent service delivery Perform supervisory visits every six months to assess caregiver performance and client satisfaction Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations Verify completed caregiver visits and resolve discrepancies or service issues as needed Represent the agency at community events and assist with outreach and marketing initiatives Provide office support including phone coverage, document management, and recordkeeping Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and emergency assistance


Required KnowledgeKnowledge of home care standards, scope of practice, and relevant state regulations Understanding of care planning and client-centered service models, including personal care and home management Awareness of healthcare regulations, caregiver oversight, and quality assurance practices Familiarity with the roles of other healthcare disciplines in coordinating comprehensive client and family care Knowledge of emergency response techniques, including first aid and CPR Understanding of clerical procedures, such as recordkeeping and documentation Awareness of community resources and elder care services (preferred) Proficiency in the English language for effective communication and documentation

Physical and Mental Demands:Ability to perform job duties that may require standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, or crouching Ability to communicate effectively through speaking, hearing, and seeing Sufficient physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced care environment Ability to manage work-related stress and make sound decisions under pressure Ability to drive a vehicle safely and meet any required transportation duties


Qualifications/EducationBachelor's Degree preferred Current driver's license Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage


Training/Experience:3+ years experience in the healthcare industry. * Proficient in scheduling software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
