is a leading provider of Home Care services to elderly clients across the country. We are extremely proud to be named a Great Place to Work the last five (5) years by Fortune, we are currently seeking an overachiever, self-starter as our Field Client Services Manager to join our successful, growing team.

We have proudly served as a trusted in-home healthcare provider of both non-medical and skilled care services at home and in facilities in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties for over 14 years. Likewise, we are a proud Veteran service provider within our service areas.

This position is a trusted and autonomous position within our company, the selected candidate will acquire new business via scheduled assessments and assist with current client quality control through a proven marketing and client services platform with all the tools you need to be successful.

Minimum Qualifications:



Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Home Health Care experience is a plus!

Must have excellent telephone skills and follow-up skills with prospective clients and key influence center personnel

Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability

Minimum of one year experience in the home health industry developing and managing a marketing strategy, preferred.



Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook required

Ability to learn other software programs quickly, Wellsky experience a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

. Must be able to pass a Level II Background Screening

. Must have a valid Driver's License

Compensation:



A company vehicle will be assigned for company use in this position.

A referral bonus program, commission structure based on performance and a competitive salary are included in this position. Salary requirements will be discussed if selected for an interview.
