We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the connective tissue between the clients, agents, and the dozens of parties involved in every real estate transaction. You'll own client communications from contract to close, keep deals on track, and support our CEO with day-to-day operations. This role is part transaction management, part relationship management, part keeping the wheels on.
This is a full-time, hybrid position with occasional evening or weekend availability for transaction deadlines. Real estate experience is a plus but not required--we can teach the contracts if you bring the organization, communication skills, and follow-through.
