Job Description

We are searching for a Client Services Associate to provide outstanding support and the finest attention to detail to our client services department. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow, joining our diverse, well-established and growing company. Salary is commensurate with experience in the $65-75K base range alongside other competitive benefits and bonuses.

This role is 100% in office 5 days/week, 8am-5pm.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



Minimum 2-years relevant work experience in financial services

Minimum of 1 year experience working with Fidelity highly preferred

Serves as a trusted advocate for our Financial Advisors and partners with them to meet the needs of our clients Own client onboarding and ongoing lifecycle related activities (new account opening, account maintenance, disbursements, etc*.)
Responding to requests for assistance from advisors as needed Complete monthly and quarterly tasks as well as work on ad hoc projects as needed Embraces change by keeping an open mind to new ideas, and readily adjusts to new or changing processes. Perform other administrative duties including filing, photocopying, faxing Perform other duties or special projects as assigned Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Qualifications



2+ years of experience in a similar role (Fidelity experience preferred)*
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Superb written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities Strong knowledge of MS Office programs Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while being professional and poised Team player willing to help and learn from others: different types of situations, emotions and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
