Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as one of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s main contacts for administrative and account related items, issues & inquiries from clients, advisors, custodian and outside professionals.
  • Provide outstanding client service by responding to incoming phone calls and addressing client\xe2\x80\x99s questions and concerns.
  • Prepare documents for client planning sessions and process the follow up tasks.
  • Prioritize and organize workflow, as well as coordinate all facets of the operation and administration, of client accounts.
  • Manage the client onboarding experience and schedule on-going planning sessions.
  • Manage the firm\xe2\x80\x99s client relationship management software and leverage it to efficiently service clients.

  • Additional Projects. As a small business, participation in firm-wide initiatives is often needed. These projects may be related to enhancing internal processes, improving the overall client experience, or assisting with marketing efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 2+ years of experience or 6+ years of directly related work experience
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts, terminology, and standard industry protocols
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • High ethical standards
  • Precise and efficient; detail-oriented with strong work ethic
