Client Service Specialist - for our Financial Planning Practice
Position Description:
Provide support and assistance with an established financial advisory practice, Panoramic Wealth Advisors, a well-established Ameriprise Financial team. Work with our team to help clients achieve their financial goals.
This role provides client and practice support through managing client data, preparing financial plans and other deliverables, coordinating/tracking projects, and other practice management tasks as needed. Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a sincere interest in learning and completing special projects, will be critical to this role.
Our team focuses on providing our unique client experience. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities and time allocation can change over time to meet the needs of the practice and has the opportunity for other duties within the Panoramic Wealth Advisors team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
:
Self-motivated, excited, detail-oriented*, and ready to become a valuable player in our growing financial planning practice team. Greet clients coming to the office and handle various office deliveries.
Prepare for client meetings by gathering the appropriate information, creating agendas, researching, and compiling necessary reports.
Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain and present a well-groomed and professional image.
Work daily and effectively to balance multiple projects, priorities, and workload.
Skill and proficiency with Windows-based computer applications (specifically Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel Software). Ability to learn and utilize various other industry-related software and office equipment.
Manage files, records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Within a team environment, provide backup to other team members as needed in order to consistently support the overall direction, strategy, vision, and expansion model of the Financial Advisors' practices.
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and professionally with interpersonal and cooperative relationships involving management, staff, and clients.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines.
Answer phone calls, schedule client meetings, respond to emails, and respond to client questions and requests in a timely manner as needed.
Correspond via emails, calls, and letters to clients and appropriate financial institutions as needed.
Maintain CRM database, which includes contact information, detailed notes, and calendar of financial advisors in order to keep all information current and relevant.
Direct, telephone, and email contact with all company personnel, clients, and home office.
Assist with completing and submitting any necessary paperwork to the appropriate financial institutions in accordance with the client's decisions and the financial advisors' directions as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
