Prout Financial Design, an education-based financial planning practice, is looking for a

Client Service Representative

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our client accounts are accurately maintained and processed with care and precision. This position supports the financial planning process by handling service tasks that help keep client accounts accurate and aligned with their goals.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review paperwork and forms Verify transactions and maintain account accuracy Respond to client questions with clarity and care Support Advisors with daily client operations Maintain detailed records using internal systems

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Office-based, team environment

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm for customer service and teamwork Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and computer proficiency Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) Background in finance, accounting, or banking services preferred
