Responsibilities

Provide insights through analysis of client data to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery. Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting periodic reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and follow-up.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management strategies, and marketing fundamentals. Analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred but not required. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
