We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Client Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver the best possible experience for our clients and their pets.

Position Overview:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and providing information about our services. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for pet owners and their beloved animals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's calendar.

Process payments and handle billing inquiries.

Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database.

Provide information about services, products, and policies to clients.

Assist with the coordination of patient care and follow-up communications.

Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless client service.

Uphold the hospital's standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in veterinary technology or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computer systems and software; experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus.

A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
