Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in fostering strong client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting sales initiatives within multiple organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, experience with legal services and legal case management systems like CLIO a plus. Duties



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Manage client accounts using or CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify client needs and support cross-selling or upselling opportunities Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks Support project management activities related to client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests for continuous improvement Contribute to the development of customer service strategies that enhance overall client experience within the financial services sector

Skills



Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles within SaaS or financial services industries Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Knowledge of sales processes and experience supporting sales teams in a client-facing capacity Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving Familiarity with marketing strategies that support customer engagement and retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
