Duties

Serve as the main liaison between clients and the advisors, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, updates, and follow-ups Assist clients with onboarding processes and account maintenance to enhance their experience Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement Working with advisors on day to day task for client meetings and requests

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or account management roles, preferably within financial services industries Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment Proficiency with CRM platforms for managing customer data and communication history Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
