VCA Creekside Animal Hospital is seeking a client service representative to join our team.


Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 730-530 and Saturdays 730-1130. 4-4.5 days a week will be the schedule. Rotating Saturdays are required.


Job duties:


1. Answer phones.


2. Make appointments.


3. Review medical information and discuss vaccine info with clients.


4. Collect payments.


5. Schedule appointments.


6. Cleaning.


7. Client Education.


8. Excellent client service.


9. Etc.
