Job Description

We are a 4 doctor, small animal hospital looking to add one more to the team! We have recently grown and are looking for someone comfortable being the face of our company! You are the first person clients see when they visit. We want our clients to feel at home and welcomed. Our applicants should be familiar talking on the phone and scheduling appointments. We love our patients and treat them with the highest quality medicine we have available and our clients are like family!

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hospital Answer phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and procedures Process payments; including filling out insurance claim forms and payment option forms (i.e. Care Credit Applications and billing) Receive and send medical records Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and faxing

About You:

Friendly, kind, and thoughtful about our clients' needs and pets Able to prioritize tasks Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers running Windows, fax machines, printers, phone systems) Professional attitude and appearance Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Superb customer service skills

Starting pay

is commensurate with experience & skillset

($14-$17).

Our current business hours are M, T, & F from 7:30am to 5:00pm and W & Th 7:30 am to 7:00pm and every other Saturday 7:30am to 12pm.
