Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Position: Equine Front Desk Receptionist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: Starting $16-$18 per hour depending on experience. Horse experience preferred.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma. Equine experience preferred.

Desert Pines Equine Center is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented candidate to join our team. We are a full-service equine hospital in Las Vegas, NV with 10 Veterinarians and 15-20 support staff. Desert Pines Equine sees both primary care and referral cases to offer the best medical and surgical services to Southern Nevada, Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer multi-line phone system

Schedule appointments for multiple doctors

Assist with checking patients in and out

Generate invoices

Process payments

Assist with doctor requests

Greet and assist clients that come into the clinic.

Qualifications

Equine experience, strong client service experience, strong organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
