We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Service Representative for an entry-level position. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a genuine desire to assist others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a talent for multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide responsive and courteous support to homeowners and association board members. Efficiently address customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues, with a commitment to learning and resolving more complex concerns. Assist clients in navigating our website and property management portal. Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and Word. Willingness to train on Village Management Systems Software (property management interface). Comfort with cloud-based servers and document uploads. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to consistent attendance.
Preferred Skills

Previous customer service experience. Exposure to accounts payable or electronic deposits. Assistant-level experience in accounting.
Position Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 (In-person; candidates must reside within a 25-mile radius)
