We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
Manage customer accounts using CRM tools such as Clio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and resolving product or service issues efficiently.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to support customer retention and growth initiatives.
Conduct analysis of customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Support account management activities by maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles within SaaS or financial services industries.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with project management principles and tools to coordinate multiple client needs effectively.
Proficiency with Clio or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data.
Knowledge of customer relationship management strategies and sales techniques.
Analytical skills to interpret data insights for improving service delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, marketing, and technical support.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up processes.
