We are are a small, privately owned dog and cat practice and take pride in developing long term relationships with our clients and their pets as well as providing high quality, individualized care. We are a close knit group with an amazing practice culture.
As a Client Service Representative you will be responsible for:
Creating a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for clients and patients.
Greeting clients at check-in and escorting them to an examination room.
Handling a multi-line phone system as well as receiving and responding to emails, texts, and in clinic app communications.
Scheduling appointments, answering non-medical questions, and directing medical questions to other team members.
Maintaining pet health records (including scanning/uploading documents and data entry), documenting client interactions, and entering medical notes into the clinic's database.
Presenting itemized invoices to clients and accurately collecting various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, Care Credit, Scratch Pay, and Cherry.
Opening and closing the clinic, to include preparing end-of-day financial reports and balancing the cash drawer.
Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
Remaining professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions.
Adhering to all hospital policies, standards, and procedures.
Jumping in to assist other team members with their duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will love people, as well as pets, and have top notch customer service skills. Our CSRs are 100% client facing and are the face of our business! You will be the first person to greet clients and the last person they see.

Enthusiasm, drive, and attention to detail are a must.
Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, use fingers, extend their arms, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Schedule and Benefits:
We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7am-5:30 pm with nights, weekends, and holidays off!
