We are currently seeking a

Client Service Representative (CSR)

to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is:

-- works collaboratively with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminder systems Accurately enter client and patient information into our practice management software Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Support the veterinary team by ensuring smooth client communication and flow of appointments

Qualifications:

Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with computers and multi-line phone systems Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
