Client Service - Part Time Days

We are adding a part time Client Service Representative / Scheduler to our Lincoln, Nebraska office team. Start a team oriented position while enjoying the flexibility of working a few days per week in the office, with one to two assignments per week from home. Phone interactions, data entry, and client/employee coordination are the focus of the position, with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience in Client Service, Healthcare scheduling, Home Healthcare and/or Healthcare Staffing is preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus. Candidate skills and experience should include; customer service, multi-tasking and problem solving, computer entry, organizing, prioritizing, clerical skills and phone work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must. Occasional company auto use and some light lifting req. Must satisfactorily pass background checks and other hiring criteria. Other details:

The "in-office" work is paid by the hour, day time office hours, start and end times can be flexible.

The "after-hours" work is paid per assignment (between $50.00 and $125.00) and can be done from home. The rotating schedule for this typically includes at least one weekday assignment per week and at least one weekend per month. Additional assignments can be available. Holidays are divided on an assigned rotating basis.

After-Hours work covers incoming phone calls received outside of business hours.
