Job Description

Responsibilities:



Work closely with financial advisors, portfolio managers and other team members to exceed client expectations Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing all concerns in a timely manner Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients Prepare and facilitate client meetings with advisors Monitor and troubleshoot for any client account discrepancies Provide comprehensive client services, including managing account transfers, estate processing, annuity and life policy orders. Knowledge of various CRM softwares (Orion & Salesforce)

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with team members Minimum 3-5 years in client services for a wealth management firm Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and industry regulations. Strong desire to build and maintain interpersonal relationships with clients
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
