Who We Are Looking For:
Arizona Autism is seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator to make a positive impact in the lives of our families across Arizona.
This person should possess the following attributes:
Bilingual:
Proficient in both Spanish and English.
Attention to detail:
This job involves Human Resource duties and is connected to a government contract, so a candidate would need to be on top of their game.
Multi-tasking skills:
This job would always involve multiple tasks simultaneously, so the candidate would need to thrive in a self-starter organization.
Strong phone presence:
Since the job involves calling parents, state support coordinators, and employees, we need a candidate with a strong phone presence.
Communication accountability
: We need someone who understands the importance of consistently emailing and calling back people within our 3-hour window to ensure our customer service is always at its best.
Management skills:
This job would include managing up to 75 in-home care workers.
Organized. This job is for someone who loves to stay busy non-stop and thrives under the excitement of helping kids and families.
Knowledge of valley layout:
This job involves driving to clients' homes for meetings and appointments. (Currently on pause, Zoom meetings only.) Travel accounts for approximately 15% of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling for children with disabilities to access services that improve their quality of life.
Match caregivers with suitable families to ensure that care plans are implemented as directed by the state.
Advocate for families with special needs to ensure they receive all necessary services to provide proper care for their children.
