We are searching for a detail-oriented and personable

Client Services Coordinator

to join our Cincinnati team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting brand initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and customers during promotional events and campaigns.

Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients during live events and campaigns. Assist in coordinating and managing event logistics and on-site support. Ensure that client expectations are met through clear communication and timely execution. Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to align campaign goals. Gather client and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in-person at events and client locations around Cincinnati.

Pay: $46,719.43 - $56,264.26 per year
