In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate assistance to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. Support the onboarding of new clients by guiding them through processes and explaining service offerings clearly and confidently. Experience in a fast paced retail environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends, o Foster strong relationships through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service delivery. Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day
