Job Description

World Class Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of orthodontic appliances in McMinnville, is seeking a candidate to join our client service team. This position supports our international distributors and international regional sales managers. The role requires excellent service standards and efficient responses to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Receive orders and respond to questions or requests via email and phone. Enter orders accurately into the company's software and create the order traveler required internally for proper invoicing and shipping instructions. Forward orders to the Order Fulfillment department for processing. Prioritize urgent orders. Communicate with Inventory, Production and Shipping Departments to ensure that orders are filled correctly and to help resolve any issues that may arise during this process. Enter new customer information and update any changes to existing customer profiles in company software. Work with RMA Specialist to resolve and log customer complaints. Issue credits. Build and maintain relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory compliance. Operate various office equipment. Other duties as assigned

Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills, ettiquete and active listening Excellent communications both verbal and written Demonstrate a strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work with deadlines and manage time effectively Data entry experience required. High School Diploma Secondary Education a plus Basic math skills

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
