Client Service Associate

Client Service Associate Responsibilities: * Client relations and acquisitions
- Customer service
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Attending staff and client meetings.
- Tracking sales and maintaining records
- General administrative support
- Up-Selling when appropriate
- Planning, managing, and executing events
Are You A Match for the Client Service Associate Role? * Outgoing communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but Spanish is not required.
- Team player.
- Strong work ethic (essential)
- Flexible, eager & willing to learn.
Client Service Associate Work History and Educational Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role is desirable.
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
