About the Role
If organizing schedules, solving puzzles, and making busy days run smoothly is your happy place, this role is for you. You'll be the hub that keeps clients informed, techs supported, and schedules running like a dream.
What You'll Do
Build and adjust daily/weekly schedules
Assign cleaners based on skills and location
Handle skips, cancellations, and call-outs
Reduce drive time & support team consistency
Communicate client arrival times & changes
Log all updates in our scheduling software
Process daily billing & tips
Assist with inventory and office tasks

What You Bring
1+ year of scheduling/dispatching experience
Strong organization & multitasking skills
Excellent customer service communication
Comfortable with software/scheduling systems
Ability to pass a background check & drug test
Pay & Benefits
$21-$25/hr DOE
