Job Description

NJ Acquisition Partners, a sales and business consulting firm based in Fairfield, NJ, is hiring a Client Sales Representative to join our AT&T Wireless team. This is a fully in-person, field-based role where you will meet directly with customers at their homes, conduct face-to-face consultations, and help residents select and enroll in AT&T wireless products and services.

As a Client Sales Representative, you will work within local neighborhoods, engaging customers one-on-one, educating them on available wireless plans, devices, and promotions, and assisting with account setup at the point of service. Role Requirements for an Client Sales Representative



Engage directly with customers in person at their homes, educating them on AT&T wireless services within designated outreach areas. Provide clear, accurate details on service plans, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Assist with account setup, service enrollment, and device activation to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Reinforce AT&T's brand messaging and maintain compliance with campaign guidelines throughout all customer interactions. Collaborate with fellow Client Sales Representatives to support campaign goals and contribute to outreach strategy improvements. Maintain organized records of customer enrollments and support reporting efforts for campaign performance tracking.

Job Location: Fairfield, NJ Essex County Employment Type: Full-time Client & Products/Services: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll customers in their new wireless and internet services Compensation: Commission-based -- average earnings range from $80-$155 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day Average weekly commissions range from $900-$1,300 for Client Sales Representatives.
