Our company, in partnership with Frontier, is on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Client Representative to join our team in Meriden, CT. In this full-time position, you'll be at the forefront of technological innovation as the face of a giant in telecommunications.

The Responsibilities of a Client Representative Involve:

Engaging directly with customers to present and promote Frontier's cutting-edge telecom products and services. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to drive sales and achieve targets. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up. Accurately processing sales orders and managing customer accounts. Participating in ongoing training sessions alongside fellow Sales Trainees to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Attending community events and sales initiatives to represent Frontier and expand market reach. Providing post-sale support and resolving any customer inquiries or issues to ensure satisfaction.

The Qualities we seek from a Client Representative Include:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in telecommunications (preferred) A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant course Strong communication and people skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated and thrives in a commission-based environment Works effectively, even under intense pressure Reliable transportation is an advantage

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
