Responsibilities



Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client interactions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry in CRM systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests, schedule appointments, and facilitate seamless communication. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions to foster trust and professionalism.

Experience



Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred. Proven success in sales or client services, especially within a fast-paced setting. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong advantage; fluency in English plus additional languages is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for efficient data management. Experience with outbound calling campaigns and analysis skills to interpret customer feedback effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

Pay: $45,359.52 - $54,626.51 per year
