ZP Accounting is a growing after-hours and weekend accounting firm serving small businesses and nonprofits across Westmoreland and Fayette Counties. We provide flexible, community-focused accounting support, and we're expanding our outreach efforts to build stronger relationships throughout the region. We're looking for someone reliable, personable, and motivated to help represent our firm in the community.

Position Overview

This is a

part-time employee role

, averaging

5-10 hours per week

. Work hours will be assigned based on outreach needs, community events, and business priorities. You will represent ZP Accounting at local functions, meet small-business owners, and help drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Responsibilities

Introduce ZP Accounting to small-business owners and nonprofits Generate leads and schedule introductions with potential clients Attend assigned community events, chamber mixers, and networking opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and organizations Track outreach activity and provide regular updates Assist with brand awareness and sponsorship opportunities

Qualifications

Strong networking and relationship-building skills Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking with new people Reliable, organized, and able to follow assigned weekly outreach activities Interest in supporting small businesses and local community growth Sales or community outreach experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to travel within Westmoreland and Fayette Counties

Compensation & Perks

$16 per hour

, 5-10 hours per week depending on event schedules

5-10% commission

on new clients you bring in (based on experience) Cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement Hours assigned based on business needs Opportunity for expanded responsibilities as the firm grows
