Job Description

At Mount Behavioral Health, we provide therapy and peer support to youth and families. We are growing and need a highly organized, proactive intake and client relations lead who can manage inquiries, track progress, and ensure families start services smoothly.

About the Role

You will own the intake process from first contact to service start. You will guide families through enrollment, follow up efficiently, and ensure there are no gaps in care. You'll also play a key role in hiring peer staff who work directly with youth.

This role is ideal for someone structured, proactive, and confident in managing multiple conversations, scheduling, and next steps -- someone who thrives on ownership and results.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for prospective families Track inquiries and follow up until enrollment is complete Coordinate scheduling between families, peers, and therapists Maintain accurate records in the CRM Participate in hiring and onboarding peer staff Support clinic operations to ensure a smooth client experience

What We're Looking For

Fluent Spanish (required) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple families, follow-ups, and schedules Experience in CRM management, intake, admissions, or client-facing operations Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11219
