Client Relations Associate

What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly, professional assistance both in-person and via phone/email
Assist travelers with inquiries, bookings, reservations, and service options
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues quickly and ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain accurate client records, handle documentation, and process requests efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Help promote MIA Tourist Center's services, packages, and special offers
Uphold a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our center
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
