Job Summary:




This role supports the Service Delivery Free Processing team with a focus on account asset transfers, client account accuracy, and tax-related adjustments across the bank's Wealth Management offices. The Analyst will process and monitor asset movement, communicate with internal partners and external financial institutions, and ensure accounts remain accurate and compliant. This role requires strong communication skills, high motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.



This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA and follows a hybrid schedule -- 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities:



Asset Transfers:

Process inbound and outbound asset transfers, internal asset movements, and client account changes across Wealth offices.

Account Accuracy:

Support corrections and entries to ensure clean and compliant client account records.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Collaborate with internal wealth offices, U.K. counterparts, and external financial institutions.

Operational Execution:

Manage daily workflows, prioritize requests, and maintain service quality and accuracy.

Documentation & Communication:

Communicate clearly via Outlook, Teams, and written documentation, escalating issues when necessary.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a highly collaborative 7-person team, contributing to shared goals and operational excellence.

Professional Growth:

Engage with senior leadership, learn proprietary systems, and develop foundational skills for long-term career growth in financial operations.

Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or a regulated industry Bachelor's degree required Strong communicator (verbal, written, Teams/Outlook) Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to develop career skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a team-oriented environment
