Position Summary:

We're looking for a Client Loan Specialist (CLS) to manage all front-end client interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through lead intake, qualification, and preapproval readiness, while ensuring a smooth handoff to the Transaction Coordinator once loans are fully structured. This is a great role for someone organized, client-focused, and familiar with mortgage workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead intake and qualification of potential borrowers Ensure application completeness and collect required documents Assess preapproval readiness and guide clients through the initial mortgage process Maintain front-end communication with clients and referral partners Update pipeline and manage CRM information accurately Deliver clean, organized files to processing Manage the main office phone line and your direct line professionally

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional and client-focused Familiarity with mortgage workflows and processes Proficiency with CRM systems and loan origination software (LOS)
