Evening & Weekend hours Tuesday-Thursday: 4 pm- 8 pm Every Other Saturday: 9:00-3:00

What You'll Do:

Greet Clients: Be the first and last impression- greet every guest with warmth & professionalism. Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accurate and timely bookings. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns, providing information about services, pricing, and promotions. Check-In/Out: Efficiently check clients in and out, managing payments, and ensuring all necessary forms and records are completed. Maintain a clean & organized space: Keep the front desk and retail are clean and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the whole salon. Sales Support: Promote and sell salon products and services, including retail items and gift certificates. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, including contact information and service history. Handle Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Inventory Management: Order, maintain, and track salon inventory Metrics Tracking: Track and report on salon metrics, including appointment bookings, client retention, sales figures, and inventory levels to support business decisions.
