Client Coordinator

to join our team and be the heart of the front desk experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Coordinator, you will be the first impression of our salon. Your role is to welcome our guests warmly, manage appointments seamlessly, and ensure every client feels seen, valued and cared for. You'll also support our service providers by keeping the day organized, managing social media content, and ensuring the salon operates smoothly.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Greet clients with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Answer phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely and polished manner. Manage the booking system (Boulevard), including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Handle client check ins and check outs, including processing payments and product sales. Maintain knowledge of all salon services and products to provide informed recommendations. Assist with daily salon organization such as tidying retail, keeping stations prepared, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly. Communicate effectively with stylists, assistants, and management to support daily operations. Capture photo and video content for social media and post to highlight services, stylists, and salon atmosphere. Uphold our brand values by providing luxury level customer care at every touchpoint.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with volume, confidence, and clarity. Previous experience in customer service, salon, spa, or hospitality setting. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Comfortable learning and navigating booking software (experience with Boulevard is a plus) Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and an eye for creating engaging content. Professional appearance and positive attitude. A passion for beauty, wellness, and creating memorable client experiences. Must have High School GED Higher pay grade for college degree or experience in business or business management.
