About the Role
Client Champion - Trainers
at Travefy are an integral part of our commitment to the success of our users and embody our philosophy that support is a feature. Client Champion - Trainers provide a full stack of 1 on 1 training sessions including 20 minute training sessions, domain masking trainings, and Premium Onboarding sessions.
As a lean team, Trainers at Travefy are never a cog in the machine and always own their own work streams, with ample opportunities for learning, development and most importantly - impact.
What You'll Own
Providing world-class support to potential and existing customers via Zoom and phone to ensure they have the best possible Travefy experience
Proving personal training sessions for users as well as leading group webinars
Write FAQs, create videos, or other documentation to help users help themselves when using Travefy
Collect user feedback, bugs, or other issues to share with the product team
Schedule is based in Central time zone; 8 am to 5 pm
