About the Role



Client Champion - Trainers

at Travefy are an integral part of our commitment to the success of our users and embody our philosophy that support is a feature. Client Champion - Trainers provide a full stack of 1 on 1 training sessions including 20 minute training sessions, domain masking trainings, and Premium Onboarding sessions.


As a lean team, Trainers at Travefy are never a cog in the machine and always own their own work streams, with ample opportunities for learning, development and most importantly - impact.

What You'll Own



Providing world-class support to potential and existing customers via Zoom and phone to ensure they have the best possible Travefy experience Proving personal training sessions for users as well as leading group webinars Write FAQs, create videos, or other documentation to help users help themselves when using Travefy Collect user feedback, bugs, or other issues to share with the product team Schedule is based in Central time zone; 8 am to 5 pm

You have experience with face-to-face, customer facing roles You are a high-energy self-starter with an infectiously positive attitude You are a good listener and empathetic to user needs You are a problem solver and critical thinker with fantastic professional communication skills You love people and thrive on interacting with them across mediums You are a strong written and verbal communicator

Bilingual

in English and Spanish is a plus You have clear experience in a customer-facing or support role You have experience in a SaaS environment or the travel industry
