Due to our continued growth, Kalispell Ford is looking for talented individuals seeking opportunities for growth to join our Sales Team as a Client Care Specialist. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry, and may have experience with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Answer inbound phone, email and text leads in a professional manner using provided scripts with end goals of setting appointment with guests at the dealership Respond to leads/inquiries in a timely manner determined by industry and dealership standards Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2% higher than zone/branch average Monitor all inbound and outbound emails in the CRM while assisting sales consultants/sales managers with responses as needed Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in-person are professional and courteous Ensure that sales consultants are ready for all appointments and waiting at the door when guests arrive Ensure appointment vehicles are selected, clean and ready to show/test drive for dealership guests Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams Become proficient in warranty coverage, policies and procedures set by manufacturers Greet guests upon arrival in a prompt, courteous and professional manner Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace Provide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences before, during and after a vehicle sale

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred Strong organizational skills and patience Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the sales team Strong attention to detail Typing skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team setting Active listening skills
