Client Care Specialist-Scherer Electric

Are you a people person with a knack for persuasion and professionalism? Scherer Electric is looking for a confident, well-spoken Client Care Specialist to answer incoming calls, follow a proven script, and guide potential clients toward booking service appointments with our expert electricians.

What You'll do:

Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional tone Follow a script designed to represent Scherer Electric's values and services Confidently handle objections and concerns to build trust with potential clients Schedule appointments and coordinate with our dispatcher for smooth arrival into our clients' homes. Represent our brand with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm.

What we are looking for:

Strong communication and listening skills Ability to think on your feet and handle objections with grace Comfortable following a script while making it sound natural Experience in customer service or sales is a plus Familiarity with home services or electrical work is a bonus, but not required
