Job Description

What You'll Do:

As our Client Care Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on. You'll support clients with questions about their policies, assist with changes, and ensure every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. You'll work side-by-side with our agents to keep our clients informed, protected, and confident in their coverage.

Your day-to-day will include:

Answering client calls, emails, and messages with warmth and professionalism Processing policy changes, renewals, and payments accurately and efficiently Assisting clients with billing questions, claims guidance, and coverage updates Proactively reaching out to clients to review policies and ensure satisfaction Supporting agency goals through excellent service and cross-selling opportunities Maintaining accurate records in our agency management system

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who

Truly enjoys helping people and solving problems Communicates clearly and kindly, both in person and in writing Is organized, dependable, and attentive to details Learns quickly and enjoys working in a team environment Has previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus but not a requirment!) Holds or is willing to obtain a

Property & Casualty insurance license

before hiring paid for by us.

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
