Responsibilities:

Working with peers, caregivers, & clients in a professional & reassuring manner, in-person/on the telephone regarding schedule & care needs or changes Maintain customer confidence & protect operations by keeping information confidential while answering multiple inquiries, & confirming schedules w/ caregivers & clients Organize & manage assignments while understanding clients' unique care needs & match them with caregivers' availability, skill set, & travel logistics Create & maintain client/caregiver schedules & calendars while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, & organization

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous scheduling experience a plus Dependability and teamwork Conflict resolution ability Excellent oral and written communication skills Willing to visit and care for a client when needed Exceptional problem-solving skills Computer skills and ability to multitask
