Pawhootz Pet Resort of Hurst, Texas is looking to hire a full-time Reservation Specialist with a can-do attitude. This full-time Front Desk Specialist position starts at a competitive wage of $13.00 per hour, depending on skill. We have multiple shift options available between our lobby hours of 7am-6pm (Monday through Friday) and Weekend availability from 8am-6pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST



As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibility is to answer phones, schedule pet care appointments, and resolve issues for our clients. Some other duties include but are not limited to conducting new client introduction phone calls, new client tours, and any other interactions explaining services and memberships. You ensure a clean office area, keep pet care clients coming, and love our little furry friends. You love that you get to interact with pet parents and their pets every day and enjoy seeing them happy!



QUALIFICATIONS



Ability to quickly learn software and input data while speaking to clients

Ability to practice sales processes- talking with strangers, upselling, learning scripts, handling rejection, etc.


Previous sales experience is a big plus. Do you love animals? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? If so, then you might just be perfect for this customer service position!
