Bogue Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator/Kennel Attendant.

The ideal candidate would be an individual who is caring, compassionate, and radiates positivity! We work hard, but we also like to have laugh and have fun. If you love animals and the people who care for them, then we would love to get to know you better.

Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm welcome and a smile Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and check patients into the hospital Organize and respond to emails and voicemails Assist in maintaining accurate patient records Receive and post payments into client accounts Maintain a clean lobby Work well with team members to provide gold standard patient and client care

Kennel Attendant Responsibilities:

Feed, water, and monitor animals Clean kennels, bedding, and facility areas Exercise and socialize dogs Administer medications as instructed Observe and report changes in behavior or health Assist with patient check in and check out

Qualifications:

Love and respect animals Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as a team member Previous animal care experience a plus, but not required Must be available on weekends and holidays
