Client Care Coordinator/ Scheduler

Job Description


  • Answer the telephone and greet the public.
  • Recruit and advertise for direct care staff.
  • Conduct new caregiver staff orientation.
  • Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new client and open hours/shifts on existing cases. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for schedules and client information.
  • Ensure that all employee files are complete and enter the appropriate information into the scheduling system.
  • Maintain documentation on all current and past clients.
  • Monitor the telephony logs on a daily basis. Counsel staff regarding tardiness and correct use of the system. Makes the appropriate corrections to the system to facilitate accurate processing of payroll.
  • Timely copying and filing of appropriate caregiver and client documentation.
  • Participate in the 90-day and annual evaluations of caregiver staff.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees; assuring clients and employees\xe2\x80\x99 confidentiality.
  • Independently respond to and resolve any clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, as needed.
  • On-call evenings and weekends, as directed. Keep on-call materials current with client information, instructions and directions, current roster of care and roster of active direct care staff.
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:
