Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, welcoming, and supportive client interactions.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage both new and existing client intakes.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
Support therapists by assisting with documentation, billing, and client communication.
Back up the billing department by collecting insurance and payment information, and assisting with balance management.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Represent Foundations Family Therapy with professionalism and integrity.
