Job Title: Client Associate

As a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, you will provide dedicated support to financial advisors and clients, ensuring a seamless wealth management experience. This role involves administrative assistance, operational support, and client service to maintain and enhance relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional service. Assist financial advisors with account administration, including opening new accounts, maintaining client records, and processing transactions. Prepare and review client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies. Support financial advisors in preparing for client meetings by compiling reports, account summaries, and investment materials. Coordinate account maintenance, wire transfers, and other financial transactions. Monitor account activity and proactively identify issues or opportunities for enhanced client service. Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and operations, to resolve client concerns efficiently. Stay up to date on financial products, services, and industry regulations to assist clients effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in financial services. 1-3 years of experience in client service, wealth management, banking, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and brokerage services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses preferred or willingness to obtain.
